  52. The day will soon come when USER SELECTABLE direct sequence spread spectrum
  53. hopping sequences are available to all.  If we go beyond that to Steinbrecher's
  54. "adaptive" very wide band approach, frequency coordination and spectrum
  55. allocation problems are no longer a concern.  Couple this with truly
  56. secure digital encryption (NOT Bill Clintons Clipper Crapola) and you
  57. have what the airwave were meant to be: totally free and secure communication
  58. for anyone who wants to use them.  Such and idea really pisses off
  59. Big Brother.  The government alone will be the limiting factor.

  81.     If the dealers have to be responsible for what they sell who,
  82. then does that mean Circuit City can't sell me parts that I can use to
  83. build a device that breaks the law?  The line where such responsibility
  84. are seems quite arbitrary.  Especially when one considers how easy it is to
  85. build something like a spark gap.  Should we ban those parts from
  86. sale:-)?
